Vanilla Bean Peanut Butter Balls

Are you ready for a completely addictive and super easy-to-make snack recipe? If you love nut butter you will love this one! This recipe contains only 4 clean ingredients and is awash with plant-based protein, so you can indulge guilt-free. Make these with jungle peanut butter, or make your own in a food processor with un-toasted peanuts to ensure you’re getting the raw deal. Not a fan of peanut butter? Use another raw nut butterof your choice. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
  • 10 organic medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon Epic Plant-Based Protein Vanilla Lucuma
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla bean powder

Instructions

1.Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until everything is well combined.

2.Take out a handful at a time, squeeze the mixture tightly in a fist, they roll it between the palms of your hands into a balls shape.

3.Put them in the refrigerator for approximately 15 - 30 minutes to firm up.

4.Store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
